1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EZBaydrive's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from EZBaydrive, you must:

  • Be at least 23 years of age
  • Hold a valid US driver's license
  • Provide proof of insurance (or purchase insurance coverage)
  • Pass a background verification check

3. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to the following terms:

  • Rental periods begin at the time of vehicle pickup
  • Vehicles must be returned by the agreed date and time
  • Late returns may incur additional charges
  • The renter is responsible for all rental charges

4. Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle may not be used:

  • For any illegal purpose or activity
  • To transport passengers for hire
  • By anyone other than the authorized renter
  • In areas not permitted by the rental agreement

5. Insurance & Liability

EZBaydrive maintains insurance for asset protection and legal registration compliance only. This insurance does NOT provide liability coverage to Renter. The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, except where covered by the insurance policy.

​Pursuant to the Graves Amendment (49 U.S.C. §30106), Company is not liable solely by reason of vehicle ownership.

6. Maintenance & Repairs

Routine maintenance is included with your rental. In case of mechanical failure or breakdown, contact our 24/7 support immediately. Unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling fee may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at the time of pickup.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund

9. Termination

EZBaydrive reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement immediately if the renter violates any terms of this agreement or engages in unsafe or illegal behavior.
